What to Expect

AWANA clubs focus on Bible memorization, Bible study and application, Christian service, and fellowship.

AWANA Season

September - May on Sundays at 3:30pm - 5:30pm

COST

Registration: $35 + /child

Additional charges may apply: Upon registration, you will select the appropriate Add-ons for your child's club (i.e. vest, handbook, etc.).

AWANA Clubs

Cubbies: Ages 3-5

Cubbie Bear, Luv E Lamb, and Katie Collie help our little Cubbies learn God’s truth in a way that is friendly to these young learners!

Sparks: Kindergarten

Sparks continue to memorize the Bible and learn the basic structure of the Bible. They also begin to learn what it means to share their faith and are encouraged to invite friends to club nights.

Truth & Training: 3rd - 6th Grade

Students participate in a combined game time; however, they separate into girls-only and boys-only groups for Bible-memorization and for more in-depth Bible lessons each week with a particular emphasis on practical application.

Fellowship

Quarterly: Each quarter we hold a theme night (like crazy hair night, or backwards/inside-out night).

Yearly: The City Gates Church hosts an annual Awana Grand Prix!
